When you, a family member or a loved one have suffered a catastrophic injury or death due to the fault of another – whether an individual or a corporation – we recognize that the process for receiving justice can seem overwhelming. Just getting accurate information can prove to be difficult. Clark Mason Attorneys offers you the personal guidance and expertise to simplify the process for you and your family.
When you go to work you expect to be compensated for your time spent working. Increasingly, employers are focusing on the bottom line and pushing the legal limits to squeeze as much time out of their employees without providing required compensation. Blue collar workers and peace officers, the backbone of our Nation, are often asked to work long hours for pay that increasingly isn’t sufficient to support an entire family. To make up for low pay the number of workers taking second and third jobs is rising rapidly. Clark Mason Attorneys is committed to enforcing the wage and hour laws employers willingly violate to increase their profits at the expense of their employees.
At Clark Mason Attorneys, we also believe that we have an obligation not only to our clients but also to our community and the State of Arkansas. To that end, we take pride in the financial assistance provided to worthy non-profit groups throughout the state and likewise the time we commit to volunteer organizations.
Come see the difference that personal, professional service truly makes.
